| I MADE A MISTAKE. I am not a scammer, as you can
plainly see from my feedback. I had something here
that was equal, if not better than her item. She
bid on a Jaqua Whip Lip Set. What I was going to
send was a Jaqua Shower Syrups, which retails and
sells for much more. As I have tried to tell her,
I screwed up and was making up for that. Then I
realized she had sent me a check, which I cannot
deposit. She said send bck. I shold have torn it up,

Please check the auction listing. She
should have read the auction terms carefully, or asked me.
Now, I have to pay the listing fees again
to relist this. I don't feel that is fair. No, this check
has not been cashed, for I emailed it back
to her. I am sorry that she thinks I am a 'Psycho' seller,
and wish that she not be allowed to use

According to my bank, this check has not been cashed.
Additional comments: This psycho person has my check I sent her...I
have the emails to prove it. She has not sent me my
item and I opened a dispute on her so she opened one on me. I
think that is FRAUD. I am emailing
Ebay on this matter to see what can be done. Compare
my account as a power seller with NO Negative
feedback to HERS! I think she needs to be suspended over this. | |

| Since she sent me the wrong form of payment, I only feel
that it's fair I get a FVF for this. I have
sent her payment back, and she has got a dispute open with me,
too, but again, I just want my FVF
back. I have tried to be fair, offering to ship out another item
of GREATER value, if she would send
me a MO, but I'm not going to have NSF fees because of her check.
So, could you please just grant me
the FVF, and let me relist? Thanks! | |
